Old Lighthouse Museum Tours

The Old Lighthouse Museum is now closed for the 2011 season. We will, however, be open on Saturday December 3, 10, and 17 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The museum is open for public tours from April through October, every day except Monday,  from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Central Time. Self-guided and audio tours as well as docent-led tours are available. The last tour each day begins at 3:30 PM Central Time. Call the museum at (219) 872-6133 to check on special hours, closings, or to book tours. Strollers are not allowed in the museum.

Admission to the Old Lighthouse Museum is as follows:

Adults (Age 14 and Older), $5.00

Children (Under Age 14), $2.00

Michigan City Historical Society Members, Free

Pass Holders, Free

Children of grade school age must be accompanied by an adult in the lantern room. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted into the lantern room.
